本隐私政策说明 NodSleep（Android 应用，软件包名 com.nicosu.nodsleep，以下简称“本应用”）如何处理你的信息。
概述
NodSleep 1.0 是离线音频播放器。本版本不包含广告或统计分析 SDK，无需注册账号，不收集、不上传、不出售、不与第三方共享任何个人信息。
我们处理哪些信息
音频保留在你的设备上。本应用仅读取设备中的音频文件及其元数据（如标题、艺术家、专辑），用于显示本地音库和播放你选择的内容，不向任何服务器上传音频、文件名、收听记录或歌单。
权限用途
- 音频访问权限（Android 13 及以上为 READ_MEDIA_AUDIO；较早版本为存储权限）：用于浏览和播放设备中的音频文件。你可以拒绝授权，或随时在系统设置中撤销；内置声音无需此权限即可使用。
- 前台服务与通知：用于后台播放，并在锁屏和通知栏显示播放控制。
- 本应用不申请麦克风、位置、通讯录、相机或所有文件访问权限。
本地数据
收藏、歌单、播放偏好和使用记录仅保存在应用的本地存储中。使用记录反映播放器的使用情况，不测量睡眠或健康状况。你可以在应用“设置”中清除本地使用记录。
卸载应用会移除应用本地数据；原始音频文件仍保留在设备中，除非你在音库中明确删除它们。Android 系统可能会按照你的系统设置备份应用数据，此类备份由 Google/设备厂商依其政策处理。
你的选择
- 在系统设置中授予或撤销媒体权限。
- 在应用内管理或删除收藏和歌单，清除使用记录。
- 从音库删除原始音频文件是独立操作，需要你单独确认。
儿童隐私
本应用不面向 13 岁以下儿童设计，也不会有意收集任何人的个人信息。
健康声明
NodSleep 是放松与音频播放工具，不用于诊断、监测或治疗任何疾病。
政策变更
如本政策发生变化，我们会更新本页面及生效日期；重大变更会在应用更新说明中提示。

This privacy policy explains how NodSleep (Android app, package com.nicosu.nodsleep, “the app”) handles your information.
Summary
NodSleep 1.0 is an offline audio player. This release contains no advertising or analytics SDKs and requires no account. The app does not collect, upload, sell, or share any personal information with third parties.
Information the app processes
Your audio stays on your device. The app reads audio files and their metadata (such as title, artist, and album) only to display your library and play your selections. It does not upload audio files, filenames, listening history, or playlists to any server.
Permissions
- Audio access (READ_MEDIA_AUDIO on Android 13 and later; the storage permission on earlier versions): used to browse and play audio stored on your device. You can decline or revoke it in system settings at any time; the built-in sounds work without it.
- Foreground service and notification: used for background playback and lock-screen / notification controls.
- The app does not request microphone, location, contacts, camera, or all-files access.
Local data
Favorites, playlists, playback preferences, and listening activity are stored only in the app's local storage. Listening activity is a record of player use, not a measurement of sleep or health. You can clear it in the app's Settings.
Uninstalling the app removes app-local data; original audio files remain on your device unless you explicitly delete them from the library. Android may back up app data according to your system settings; such backups are handled by Google or your device maker under their own policies.
Your choices
- Grant or revoke media access in system settings.
- Manage or remove favorites and playlists, and clear listening activity, inside the app.
- Deleting an original audio file from the library is a separate action that requires your confirmation.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone.
Health disclaimer
NodSleep is a relaxation and playback tool. It does not diagnose, monitor, or treat any medical condition.
Changes
If this policy changes, this page and its effective date will be updated; significant changes will be noted in the app's release notes.
